Come see us at your newly renovated Gorham Free Library! We have new shelving and a great new children's area that features a very awesome tree house. Also, we have a new clerk, Glenna, who is very excited to be working in the library. Come see us soon, and check out some books!

What an OWWL Card Can Do for You

When you walk into Gorham Free Library, you are essentially walking into 42 libraries at once! This is all possible because Gorham Free Library belongs to the Pioneer Library System OWWL Access group which allows you to access all of the public libraries in Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming and Livingston Counties. We can get almost any book, video/DVD or audio book delivered here for you to pick up. We can even get music CDs and magazines.
Better yet, you can access all of these materials from the website (http://owwl.org/). You only need a library card and a PIN to place a hold and have something sent here for you to pick up.
We simply call you when your items arrive. Your library card also allows you to renew materials from your own computer at home. You can even review items checked out and due dates.
In addition, OWWL allows you the ease of returning library items at any OWWL library. No matter which library the item actually belongs to, you can return the item at any OWWL. Now that’s wise!
